Your E-Commerce Store in Saudi Arabia, Built With No Upfront Fee
We design, build and keep improving your online store on Salla, Zid, Shopify or WooCommerce. You pay nothing for our work upfront. We share in the store’s online sales.
A store built by a partner who only earns when you sell
Most new brands pay a big build fee before they sell a single piece. Then the developer moves on, and the store stays as it was on launch day. We work the other way round. We build your store at our cost, and we’re paid a share of its online sales. That means we keep working on it after launch, because a better store sells more, for both of us.
What’s included
Store design
A design built around your brand and your products, in Arabic and English, with a proper right-to-left layout.
Store build and setup
Categories, product pages, filters, shipping zones, taxes and store settings, set up on your own account.
Payments
Card and wallet payments through the gateways your platform supports, plus cash on delivery where you need it (e.g. Paymob, Fawry, HyperPay, Tabby, Tamara or Stripe).
Shipping and couriers
Courier integration so orders, labels and tracking move without copy-pasting (e.g. Bosta, Aramex or SMSA).
Product upload
Your first catalogue uploaded with clean titles, descriptions and photos [CONFIRM NUMBER OF PRODUCTS INCLUDED].
Tracking
Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat pixels set up, so every sale can be traced to where it came from.
Ongoing improvements
After launch we keep testing and improving product pages, checkout and offers to raise the share of visitors who buy.
Training
We show your team how to add products, handle orders and read the sales dashboard.
Platforms we build on
Salla
A Saudi platform built for Arabic stores, with local payment and shipping options ready to switch on.
Zid
A Saudi platform popular with growing brands, with strong local integrations and a clear merchant dashboard.
Shopify
A global platform with a large app store. A good fit if you plan to sell across the Gulf or beyond.
WooCommerce

What we do and what you do
Who it’s for
- Brands with a product that is ready to sell, or already selling on Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp.
- Owners with healthy margins, who can afford to share part of each online sale.
- Brands with a monthly ad budget to bring visitors to the store.
- Founders thinking in months and years, not weeks.
Who it’s not for
- Ideas without a finished product yet.
- Businesses that sell only from a physical shop and have no plan to sell online.
- Anyone who needs big results in the first two weeks.
- Brands that would rather pay once and own the build outright. For that, see our standard E-Commerce Development service.
How we measure sales
We share in your total online sales through the store we build, read from your store’s own dashboard on Salla, Zid, Shopify or WooCommerce. We don’t count sales from your physical shop. You see the same report we do, and we settle monthly from that report.
How the partnership is priced
There’s no build fee and no monthly fee for our work. The share of sales, the contract length and the model are agreed with you after a short meeting. We base them on your product, your margins and your goals, and write them into your contract. Platform subscriptions, paid apps and your ad budget are separate, and you pay them directly on your own accounts.
Want customers to find the store too?
A store needs visitors. Our second offer runs your social media and ads on the same pay-from-sales basis, and many brands take both together.
Social Media Marketing for Entrepreneurs
Strategy, content, publishing, community and ads, with no monthly fee upfront.
Learn moreFrequently asked questions
Do I really pay nothing to build the store?
There’s no fee for our design and build work. We’re paid a share of the store’s online sales. Platform fees, paid apps and your ad budget are separate costs that you pay directly.
What share of sales will I pay?
It depends on your product, margins and the work involved. As a broad guide, partnerships usually fall between [5% and 25%] of online sales, agreed after our meeting.
Who owns the store?
You do. The store, the domain, the customer data and the platform account are all in your name from day one.
What happens if we stop working together?
The store stays yours and keeps running. The notice period and exit terms are written into your contract before we start.
I already have a store. Can you take it over?
Yes. If it’s on Salla, Zid, Shopify or WooCommerce, we can redesign and improve it rather than start again.
Which platform should I choose?
It depends on where you sell and how fast you want to launch. We recommend one in our first meeting, and the table above gives you a starting point.
Do I have to take the social media offer too?
No. You can take the store on its own. If you don’t have a way to bring visitors yet, we’ll tell you plainly that the store alone won’t be enough.
Who will I sign with?
In Saudi Arabia, our sister company in Saudi Arabia. In Egypt, Bit&Bits.
