Search, testing and interviews, covered in your monthly cost.

A desk in our Cairo office, laptop, internet and backup power.
HR and payroll
Contracts, payroll, leave, holidays and labour-law compliance.
Account management
A named account manager and regular performance reviews.
Replacements
Replacement hiring at no extra recruitment cost if someone leaves or isn’t a fit.
What sets the price
- Role and tech stack — scarce skills such as AI/ML cost more than common ones.
- Seniority — junior, mid-level, senior or tech lead.
- Team size and length of engagement.
- Working pattern — standard hours, shifts or weekend cover.
- Any specific equipment, software licences or security requirements.

Contract terms at a glance
- Minimum engagement: two team members
- Notice to reduce the team: two months, plus two months’ pay as compensation, in line with Egyptian labour law
- Invoicing: one invoice per month, in a currency agreed with you
- Payment terms: set out in your contract
- IP: everything your team produces is yours
- Contracting entity: set out in your contract (contracts in Saudi Arabia go through our sister company in Saudi Arabia)

Because the right price depends on the role, seniority and hiring market at the time. We confirm the exact monthly cost per person before we start recruiting.
Are there setup or recruitment fees?
Recruitment is covered in one clear monthly cost per person, together with office, equipment and HR.
What currency do you invoice in?
We agree the invoicing currency with you before you start.
Do salary increases change my cost?
Costs are reviewed from time to time, and any change is agreed with you in advance.
Can I hire a team member directly later?
Yes, under the terms in your contract.
What if I need to pause or reduce the team?
Give two months’ notice and we adjust the team and invoice. In line with Egyptian labour law, reducing the team also means two months’ pay as compensation.
